Description

Today was Mardi Gras Day in New Orleans. While I shot hundreds of photos, I think this one pretty much describes the allure of our Mardi Gras parades. Our parades are different: We throw/catch things!!! Beads, doubloons, cups, and lots more. It is great!!! :-)

Thanks Ronda,Candice, Sharon, Judy, Roger, Carla, and Deb. Yes, I kept my shirt on this year, Steve! :-) And yes, Ronda, you said the word...Mardi Gras parades are "interactive." It is really a lot of fun. Even though we have gone through a lot and have a long way to travel toward stability, we know what we have here. I still love N'Awlins!
