Rasberry Garnish

Uploaded: February 15, 2006 08:46:04

Description

On a culinary adventure through France, we produced almond tarts, then garnished with raspberries, a sprig of mint, and a couple shakes of powdered sugar. We made these for dessert at the Institute Bocuse in Lyon, France. The lighting in the room was pretty good, and this image was the result. f2.0, 1/40, focal length 11.9mm.
