it's tough. Ask anyone who regularly captures Auroras in my area how hard it is.

Specially when you work early in the morning, and it gets so cold here at night, AND they can dissapear just as quickly as they appeared.

I check spaceweather . com for radar updates on solar flare activity and other sites, such as a cpl friends of mine who watch Kps numbers.

Then, getting to a cool locale is half the adrenaline battle, and trying to not bump the tripod with all that excitment....it HAS happened to me before.

So frustration is apart of the deal.
