Roberta..crop a picture into a square..go to filters..distort...polar cordinates..chose polar to rectangle ok...
go toimage rotate 180..go back to filters..distort..polar cordinates..rectangle to polar.. ok and you should have it......I use photoshop elements 4 #2337455
