Description

Composite exercise.
My original idea was to illustrate cell phone abuse but soon realized that doing it properly would require many more specific elements than I had at the moment. So for the time being I played around with this image.
Image consists of bg layer, photo of my cell phone as an element, text layers and involved different filters and blending modes. All work done in photoshop & illustrator CS2

Love the idea and how you put it together! Great work #363487

Norman P. Banks December 23, 2005

Thanks for the very nice comment, Jennifer!

I'm still not through with the idea with was pretty grandiose. (smile) So I'll just have to get out and shoot some more elements.

It always amazes me that no matter how extensive ones archives, there never seems to be what you exactly need!

Thanks again & Happy Holidays to you and your's!

Thanks for the great comments Gary, Pat & my fellow Brooklynite Boris!

The idea came from just looking around at all the people using cell phones just because they have one to use. (smile)

I even saw a truck driver of an oil tanker using 2 at the same time while driving! (absolutely true story)
