Red Sky at Dawn
Uploaded: December 22, 2005 12:40:22
Over Lake Wakatipu, near Queenstown, New Zealand. Now that the red has been increased (in the Red channel in Photoshop's Curves control), the image looks convincing and conveys the inspiring beauty I witnessed in person.

Thanks very much. This image is a testament to the power of using graduated neutral density filters. If you haven't heard of these filters and enjoy landscape photography, look into purchasing one. They're a fantastic tool for scenic photographers. Thanks again! #2521917ALLEN O. HOWARD March 18, 2006
