Description

Submitted for the PG101 Curves Theme

The main staircase at Chambord, one of the best known chateaux of the Loire Valley in France, is said to have been designed by (or constructed after a design by) Leonardo da Vinci. A double helix staircase, it is both an impressive architectural feat and great fun to explore with a friend.
What you see here is NOT what you would see were you to visit this castle, but rather a vertical photo of part of one side, mirrored and composited into this horizontal.

This is a great choice for mirroring and resulting architectural fascination. Excellent choice for black and white as well. #11761700
