This photo was taken on a very foggy day, and the sky was leaden,
so it took a bit of tweaking to get it to the place where I was happy with the color.
Topaz Impression Watercolor 5 brought out the true blue of the mountains and lake, and then,
I added an Artfully Yours texture and applied it in different blending modes and opacities.
Finally, on one of the layers, I removed percentages of texture in various areas until the whole scene was to my liking.
