Description

One of the 14th or 15th century intricately carved capitals which adorned the arcade walk of the Doge's Palace in Venice; this one now preserved and displayed in the Palace museum (while an 1890's copy sits in the original location on the exterior arcade.) PG101 "Broken" Theme
