Venezia

Description

I captured this while riding the water-bus back to our hotel today. Being Thanksgiving Day back home, I'm thankful for the ability to travel and photograph beautiful locations like this! Ca' Foscari (part of the University today) is the palazzo on the right, glowing with light from within; the imposing palazzos on the left, however, seemed to be vacant! Either way, there's no other "avenue" in the world quite like this watery one!

Wow, you are back in Venice? Enjoy!! Love this beautifully lit scene with the light reflecting off of the water, and that bit of a moon! #11659909

Grazie! Yep, I'm back in Venice... I realized during the first visit (which was a photography workshop) that I wanted to return on my own, with a free agenda to be a tourist. 4 days along with my mother; we head to Florence next. Then I head home while she continues her longer journey. #11660032
