Is the oldest suspension bridge in Australia, and it is still in use today. It is west of Wauchope in NSW, near Long Flat (on the Oxley Highway), and crosses the Hastings River. This single lane bridge was built in 1936. Unfortunately the contractor who built the bridge (R.B.Hayden) was killed during its construction.
