Drained for the Season

This is Nathan Phillips Square, the site of Toronto's iconic City Hall in October of this year. Since summer was over and the skating season was only weeks away, the reflecting pool had been drained, but because of rain produced puddles, there were interesting reflections in the area. This month, the area is turned into one of the city's prime skating rinks.
