Entrance to luxury penthouses in Bay City, Michigan.
Thanks to urban renewal, young professionals are traveling back to the city from the suburbs, not just to work but to live.
Bay City's Riverfront Complex contains most of the essentials and pleasures of life-- housing, restaurants, medical care, shopping, parks, river views, and a concert venue-- all within walking distance of luxury penthouses and brownstones.
During the winter season, residents and out-of-town visitors do their walking on heated streets. Talk about happy travels! ;o)
