Thank you all so much!! Harvey, this is a Bergeon bushing tool. It is used mostly to rebuild mechanical clock movements, you drill out the worn bushing and push in a new one. If the new hole is off you have a movement that does not work. Thanks again!! #11573831Cindy Bendush March 23, 2017
