402 and yearling cubs - with 719

Uploaded: October 03, 2016

Description

A very unusual interaction and ongoing story between unrelated bears, 402 her family and 719 a now newly emancipated female sub adult whose mother is 435 Holly.
402 was separated from a yearling cub several years ago, he was abandoned and on his own. This young bear ( 503 ) being resourceful was adopted and raised by 435 Holly. See ' Supermom' grizzly bear adopts 2nd second cub. Great News story..

This spring Holly's newly emancipated biological cub ( now numbered 719 ) has been hanging around 402 and her two yearling cubs. The benefits she may be receiving are security and an umbrella of protection. 402 tolerates her closeness to a point. The Rangers say Holly is calling this... karma!!
