Description

As a child I was a big fan of "Anne of Green Gables" and L.M. Montgomery's other works. All of them were set in Prince Edward Island (PEI), Canada and their settings and characters were inspired by real places and people in the area, including farms owned by Montgomery's close relatives and friends. I shot this photo on one of the properties that belonged to relatives of the author and iwhich now serves as an Anne museum controlled by her estate. .
