The Old Door

A decorative cut brass plate embellishes the very weathered old front door of a historic home in Maysville, KY. While I couldn't be certain this front door was the actual original for the 1827 house, it certainly carries the look of all that age!

I wish I had a door like this! Or at least the brass plate, I already have old doors. :-) Great close up of all the detail, Chris! #11519181Chris Budny September 21, 2016
Thanks, Michele. The house I grew up in was quite old, and the front door had paint exactly like this... #11519224Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
