JoAnn, the view is from the observation deck at Freedom Tower located 1,200 ft. above street level. I actually like the view at the top of Rockefeller Center more. Places you closer to the structures around you. At Freedom Tower you are just high above everything else and ducking below the air traffic. #11497370
