Description

I may have uploaded these in 2006 but with this being 5th annual Polar Bear Week in the world I thought I would share them again.
Shortly after this the blizzard got so bad we had to end the trip and return to the Tundra Buggy Lodge at noon. That was an experience in itself as visibility was near zero.

Even in the baddest of weather your able to get some beautiful pictures. Here they may be playing but at the same time building up their strength and learning how to defend themselves. You have shown us a most beautiful series of such a wonderful and beautiful animal that is fast becoming endangered, a rare peek into their world with Nat Geo Quality. #11396314
