Spotfin Butterfly fish

Continuing my aquarium series. Spotfin Butterfly fish gets its name from the dark spot on its dorsal fin and combined with the black bar through its eye confuses predators. Very busy in office converting from ICD 9 to ICD 10 it is an insurance nightmare for doctors.
