Greener on the Inside

Uploaded: September 22, 2015 | Entered: September 22, 2015 07:38:36

Description

Purple beans are green on the inside, and turn green on the outside too when cooked. They are little earthier in flavor than green beans, so a good choice for meals in the days approaching Autumn! Extra points to anyone who got my oblique Dr. Who reference. :)
