You have notice and commented on the bubbles. The scuba divers in with the fish, sharks, and rays are the source. They are in no danger as they make sure all the animals are well fed. They offer programs to let anyone who knows how to snorkel or scuba dive to swim with them under strict supervision and at a cost that goes to aid the Aquarium
