Have not had time to post or comment, very busy in office trying to convert my Medicare patients accounts for billing from ICD9 to ICD10 which is necessary before Oct 1st when ICD10 goes into effect. This is a big deal and has and will cause many physicians to retire or quit as Medicare will no longer pay using the past codes.
Texas Medical Assoc, ARRP and most other states asked CMS to delay this but that will not happen so to keep getting paid for caring for my Medicare patients I am trying very hard to be up to date. Will be in and out. Have a nice week-end.
