Well they served the purpose in catching the lobster and I am sure are still used yet. They made for a beautiful picture here with that pov letting us look over the top of them and the sea they were used in the background with gorgeous colors. An artful look Patrick. #1622551Douglas Pignet June 30, 2015

I like the looks of the old wooden ones, even bought one and had it in our flower bed at the cottage, very unique here in Ont.Tammy M. Anderson June 30, 2015

What a treat to see these hand made traps that tell a story of years of service! Nice touch having the sea as the horizon. Thanks for signing Mary's card, Patrick. #11325114John Connolly June 30, 2015
I wonder if these ones caught more lobsters than the the new ones Patrick! An excellent study with great light and tones! #11325136Emile Abbott June 30, 2015

Love the soft pastel light against the old weathered, finely detailed wood, Paddy. I'm such a landlubber that I never knew there were handmade wooden lobster traps...I know, duhhhhhh! :) :) Great find, wonderful contrast of color and textures and beautifully taken! #11325207Joannie Bertucci June 30, 2015

Wonderful design, reflected light, tones and mood, Patrick! Sometimes "progress" makes me really sad. #11349096Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
