Description

It took two years to remodel the area in front of Philadelphia's City Hall. Not sure it's an improvement, but it sure is different. Also had its name changed from Dilworth Plaza to Dilworth Park. I must say it does get prettier each time I see it. This is one new feature...two plexiglass (looking to be soaring to the sky) stairways from the subway right into the park. Here comes a stair climber! City Hall is out of sight, to the right.

Exif: F Number: 2.2, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/710 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 32, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 4.15 mm, Model: iPhone 6
