Description

The scoop race is another of the favorite events at our Rotary Independence Day Rodeo. You can tell by the signs I was panning to get this capture late at night at 200 mm, F/4, ISO 800 and 1/60 shutter speed. This was taken in 2009 with Canon EOS 5D now with the new sensors we can push the ISO much higher and get faster shutter speeds.

I actually love that the signs are blurred and that when you focus on the lady being dragged, the details are so sharp and clear. Not so sure this would be fun to do, but fun to watch. Love the look Emile, fantastic camera work. #11323350
