Description

The New East Section of the Oakland San Francisco Bay Bridge has been in place for several years. The protected cormorants that called the old section home, however, refuse to move to the new bridge. Many efforts to encourage them to migrate a few feet north, to the new bridge failed. Caltrans has delayed the demolition project to allow the birds more time to move. Will they move?
