Description

There's a story here...Lew Blum Towing has its signage almost literally EVERYWHERE you go ANYWHERE in the city of Philadelphia. When I covered the huge water main break in Philly last week, I had to park a couple of blocks away from the scene. This all-but empty lot was near my parking space. "Well," I muttered to myself, this guy MUST be Lew Blum--all tuckered out from towing cars out of the flooded area. This man is sitting there, all alone, chin in hand. Actually, I imagine Lew to wear fancy suits and NEVER to actually see the places where his trucks go.
