Electrifying Jazzy Band

For the purpose of PG101 - Jazzy Colors theme.
This image is a small part of a 265 feet by 16 feet mural. It contains many references to both ancient and recent events of Point St. Charles Quarter. For the fun to it, I used the Topaz Glow Brilliant Fibers 111 filter to Jazzy up the effect and colors. Happy theme day!
