I like the "round peg, square hole" thing, too, Patrick. But just as cool is the pentagonal (la-de-dah) bolt within its circular home (yes, home).
And your treatment is perfect, creating rich, black shadows and defining every last little type of texture. Finally, the composition: LOVE the diagonal choice, even if (or maybe because) it cuts off a tiny bit of the "main" subject.
Of course, it's Fave'd!
