Taken in front of the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada May 2014, Does he see the glamour of the neon lights? At one time ... maybe. Do the people passing by even see him?

January 2016 - Found this man again in Las Vegas - His name is Frankie and he loved this picture I took back in 2014. His updated photo is shown on my site.
