Mosaic work in Chora Museum

The Chora Museum is one of the original structures of East Roman art with its architecture, mosaics and frescoes and also considered to be one of the most beautiful surviving examples of a Byzantine church.
The mosaic here portrays Christ as “The Land of the Living”.
