I Love a Parade!
Uploaded: March 18, 2015 | Entered: March 18, 2015 09:55:12
This was one of the littlest parade participants at Sunday's St. Patrick's Day Parade in Philadelphia. Her vehicle was stopped during a dance performance. Yes, she was wearing green, but I like her expression in black and white. Used Nik Silver Effex for the conversion
