Description

As luck would have it, after several wonderful Spring days in a row, Winter returned with a knock-down punch for the parade in Philadelphia. Temperatures were in the lower 40'sF but the wind whipped through the parade route at around 30 MPH for the entire time. I had prepared for it, I thought, but I still froze my "little" butt off. Still, it was a day of fun for the parade participants and the happy spectators. The unadulterated mirth displayed by this little dancing couple was indicative!
