Hartley Vale Court House.

Hartley Vale courthouse was designed by the Australian architect Mortimer Lewis in the Greek revival style, and was completed in 1837.
It was built for judgment for crimes such as drunk and disorderly, assigned convicts absconding and petty theft. The functions of the court concluded in1887, when all business was transferred to Lithgow Court.
