Shooting City Hall

Well, I THINK this apartment building was across the way from City Hall in Philadelphia. You really have to zoom in on this one to see why I named the photo "Shooting City Hall." However, it's all a lie, I'm afraid. But I DID photograph the building pictured. Used the new Topaz "Glow" plugin for effect.
