Description

Nikkor 24-120 @ 78mm f/5/6 1/20s +.1 ISO400 BuzSim Split Toned II...Part of the Bamboo Forest, Kyoto, Japan...During my trip in Nov to Kyoto, I photographed handheld-brought no tripod. Many of the temples and locations do not allow tripods and the crowds would limit their use anyway. This provided a new challenge for me. I learned to photograph in Aperture Priority-usually shoot in manual and got to practice adjusting the exposure composition. Whew! The Bamboo Forest was especially difficult because of the low/spotty light. Wonderful learning experience. Ann

Exif: F Number: 5.6, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/20 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 400, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 78.00 mm, Model: NIKON D7100

Thanks to all of you! Yes, this photo situation had many pitfalls. I was glad that I figured a way to make a nice image out of the chaos and light. Ann #11212075
