It Might Have Been

Description

No one thought that the team in the red uniform could possibly beat the thus-far invincible white-uniformed team. And they didn't. But they gave their all and they came SO close to winning--mostly due to the amazing performance of the rusher, #23. SO very close to becoming the City Champs. This was the hand-shaking ritual at the end of the game. I stood there waiting to see the expression on 23's face. And there it was.
