Macleay River Valley

This picturesque rural scene was captured 10 years ago with my first 3MB digital camera. The site is west of Kempsey, on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, near the village of Bellbrook. The headwaters of the Macleay River are not far away. This is definitely one from my archives!

And it's a beauty! My first digital was a 1.0MP Olympus - much longer than 10 years ago. But not having to drop off film at the drugstore was so wonderful we never looked back! #11132899Candace M. Cleveland September 12, 2014

Gorgeous landscape, John. I doubt my little 3MB Olympus could've captured such a great shot 10 years ago. The sense of depth is excellent, and the scene has a lovely, peaceful mood to it. #11133294Wm Nosal September 13, 2014

You were an amazing photographer 10 years ago. Just goes to show it is not the camera that makes great photographs it is the photographer. #11133548Karen Bacon September 14, 2014
