Terrific catch Mary - these little buggers are hard to nail but you've done it perfectly! #11036440

This is so cool Mary. It looks like its little body is just big enough to get from one bud to the next and is straddling the two buds. Love that pov that gives us the look underneath the lady bug. Beautiful colors and amazing camera work here dear friend. Have a most wonderful day. #11036702

OOOPS!!! :) It looks like he fell on his head. Poor little thing.

Look at how he clings to that bud with he tiny little claws. That is not something I see every day.

A wonderful - and quite unique - macro image, Mary. Big applaus!!! #11038148

Is she doing a little head stand for you showing off?? :D HeeHee... Remember when we were kids and did that? Stood on our heads?! :))) What were we thinking???!!!

I bet this little cutie was just waking up from a nice nap in a buttercup and came stumbling out and onto these thinga-ma-jiggers and was shocked by the downhill incline!!

Whatever the case you did a great job and she is as cute as a bug!

Hey, wait. She is a bug!!! :))) No wonder!!! :D

Pom, it's taken me four hours to get to this, thanks in part because I was having such a wonderful time reading threads for Monkey Tails!!
I LOVE that Gumby video! So many creative things going on ~ whoever put that together is a genius with a terrific sense of fun!
Could you please send me the link to that? I know a number of people who would get a kick out of it, too.
As for the ladybug, she was climbing up and down and all around those flower buds, and I happened to catch the perfect moment when she either bonked herself, or did that head stand you mentioned. You may have been coordinated enough to do a head stand, but I was lucky to manage a good cartwheel!
Thanks for all your cute comments tonight.

Mare I have posted several Gumby youtubes on the threads. Let me know which thread it was on and I'll zip it to your e-mail. :)
