Several purple trilliums were scattered in a vast field of Virginia Bluebells, Monday at Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve in Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania.

The park enforces a strict "Stay on the Pathway" policy so, all but THIS blossom were turned away from me. But THIS little blossom smiled at me with the sun behind it. SNAP!
