Description

------
A few days ago, I posted a photo of this young woman one minute after this image was made. By 11:30:26 pm she had finally made contact with the person who was to come and collect her after her duties as a Red Cross Red Ball communications volunteer had been discharged.
------
However at 11:29:25 pm she had nearly become frantic, it appears.
-----
I used Topaz Denoise followed by Topaz Detail, and a touch of Portrait Pro to sharpen her eyes, mainly. Then Nik Silver Efex Pro 2 to create this near-b&w image, and OneOne Perfect Effects [borders] to frame the final image.
