Pretty Teasels All in a Row

Uploaded: February 18, 2014

Description

----
Doing a "Spring Dance" with this series of shots. These graceful teasels were photographed at Pennsbury Manor, the reconstructed home of Pennsylvania's Founder, William Penn.
----
Teasels are my favorite weed, bar none. They are graceful and beautiful in all seasons and in all phases of their lives.
-----
This is SPRING!
-----
We got another four inches of snow overnight. .
----
Here's a funny story. Yardley had a freakish power outage yesterday, for no obvious reason. Our generator did not go on. The electrician said it had faulted on Jan 5 (I hadn't been paying attention to the weekly tests). I was SO cocky during the ice storm when 90% of our town had no power for several days, but we didn't lose it. Had we LOST our power, I would not have been laughing!

Nice weeds Michelle!
I don't think I could handle your winter weather, what with snow blowers and generators it would be more that my delicate system could handle! #1564068

I love teasels too - these are beautiful! I've lost count of how many inches are out there now, but it's nothing compared to what you got hit with. #10979210
