FLOW OF GRACE

Uploaded: January 10, 2014

Description

This limited time art installation was designed by a NY artist Anne Patterson. It's made of 20 miles of colorful ribbons. These colors echo the colors of the stained glasses. This art work is titled, "Grace with Light" and "the ribbons carry our prayers, dreams and wishes skyward, and, in turn, grace streams down the ribbons to us." This is truly magical. As you stand right below these ribbons, you feel you are showered by blessed lights. Photographed at Grace Cathedral, San Francisco.

That's pretty cool, Alex. At first I thought you did a zoom with the shutter open. Excellent! #10941649

I agree with Ken, it does look like a slow shutter zoom, but even more a masterful shot because it is not! Wow, just beautiful colors and light, Alex! #10941892
