Adding a Hair Light
Uploaded: December 28, 2013
---
Another lighting seminar at the Photo Plus Expo in NYC.
----
In this shot, the model's face was lit from slightly above and to her right with a large diffused softbox light. The instructor, James Schmelzer, had just added a small hair light coming from above and behind the model's head.

The light really pulls one in here. I've never tried much with studio lights. Have only two really old and clunky ones. Have to drag them out again sometime though. #10931128Jeffrey R. Bange December 30, 2013
