Changing of GUN GUARD GULL

Uploaded: December 13, 2013

Description

----
This stalwart gull's guard duty shift ended at Four Bells (at least that's what I think I heard).
------
The gull was perched bravely on one of the big guns on the USS New Jersey throughout the Pearl Harbor Day Remembrance ceremony aboard the ship. Now, as the rain began pelting down again, his work was over.
-----
The image was color, though all gray. I used TOPAZ Restyle filter to add a touch of color.
----
Personal Report: Last cataract surgery yesterday went off perfectly. Vision appears to be BRILLIANT.
