Description

-----
While his team was posing for photos celebrating their resounding Philadelphia City Championship victory (Public vs Catholic champions), this young man 'took a knee' away from the joyful hoopla.
----
I wish I knew his story; I do know that when a team member is down on the field (injured) during the game, both teams wait (to show respect) down on one knee while the trainer assesses the injury.
-----
Perhaps he is honoring a friend who couldn't join in the celebration.
-----
I did stop to congratulate him, and he seemed appreciative.
