Color & Structure

Uploaded: November 10, 2013

Description

This is a portion of a new building at a junior college in the Houston, Texas area.
The red structure is a large column sheathed in red metal diamonds with a few scattered diamond shaped windows.
The sun brings out various shades of red, magenta, and orange, ranging to gold, depending on the light.
The silver portion is one of two buttress-looking structures on either side of the column.
The amazing blue sky is typical for Houston in the fall; it was not saturated in post-processing.
