The title is the theme of the Pennsylvania 9/11 Memorial Park in Yardley PA, "Garden of Reflection." This photo depicts one of the visitors to the park participating in the Remembrance in Light ceremony September 11, 2013

The park is dedicated to the memory of the eighteen Bucks County residents whose lives were lost on 9/11/2001.

Among those killed was Yardley resident, Victor Saracini, who piloted United Airlines Flight 175, the hijacked plane that crashed into the South Tower of the World Trade Center in New York.
