Big Ben at Franklin Town
Uploaded: September 11, 2013
---
This 1992 stainless steel sculpture by Alexander Generalis and Thomas Miles sits on 17th Street on the Vine Street Expressway Overpass in Philadelphia.
----
It seems fitting that the Philadelphia Inquirer Newspaper building provides the backdrop(at least from my POV) for colonial Pennsylvania's Official Publisher, Benjamin Franklin.
